| If you're in Year 8 at school or younger, there are loads of fun things going on for you at CCF. Every Sunday morning has a special message just for you as part of the main meeting, and once a month in term time there is a Family Service for everyone! On the other Sundays there are fun classes (for everyone from pre school age up) where you can learn more about God and get to know Him (and each other) better. If you’re not ready for pre school activities yet, there’s a crèche every Sunday where you can play with the toys, listen to a story, dance to the music or just have a little snooze. We have an “away day” at least once a year when we go to a surprise destination and have a full day of fun. Once a year we have a whole weekend away with our leaders, just to spend a bit more time together and have even more fun while we learn about God in a bit more detail. Each Christmas we get to do a real live show about Jesus’ birthday (some favourites have been based on Fawlty Towers, Changing Rooms, James Bond, The X factor, Pop Idol and The X Files)…and…we have a PARTY! Who said church has to be boring?
